I am a life coach, yoga teacher and aspiring herbalist.

I want to live in a world where people are cared for and loved, food is grown the natural way and everyone always follows their hearts.

I am a wellness lifestyle coach, future speech-language pathologist and I work with clients around holistic health and achieving the life of their dreams. I am all about turning mind, body, and communication goals into reality through life coaching and botanical healing. Helping people find clarity and true wellness is what really drives my work.

Someday I hope to live in a tree house on an island and spend my days paddle boarding and eating coconuts, until then, you can find me in northern California enjoying the beauty of the west coast.

I am a graduate of Professional Herbalist Training Program at The Northwest School For Botanical Studies. I am a graduate of The Courageous Living Coach Certification. I completed my RYT-200 with One Yoga Life (with Jefree Spirit) and have completed 100 hours under Lori Synder Yoga. I am currently in graduate school in the bay area pursuing a masters degree in speech-language pathology.
